Following the reform of commercial law, these activities are carried out with reference to holders of debt securities issued by the corporations.

NUCERA & PARTNERS is also responsible for the execution of tasks on behalf of companies and issuers of bonds for deposits for the purposes of the meeting, for the payment of coupons for redemption of bonds, or for any other transaction arranged issuer for its own securities.
