Among the core activities of NUCERA & PARTNERS should be reported:

- assistance to groups of shareholders of listed and unlisted companies that intend to coordinate to one vote per unit at the meetings of public companies;

- representation and protection of personal and property rights of holders of savings shares, or by virtue of mandates individual or collective, is in accordance with the law on the appointment of a common representative;

- activity on behalf of companies and issuers for deposits of shares for shareholders' meetings, for the payment of dividends; and for all other work prepared by the issuer on their stock prices;

- the service of keeping the register of shareholders for listed companies or broad shareholder base;

- the convening and conduct of shareholders' meetings;

- including tax obligations related to the payment of dividends.
