2. assistance in the restructuring of accounting and administration of companies in crisis, or in development;


3. valuations of companies and assets, in collaboration with experts designated by third parties and in particular by Authority court (eg in the case of contributions in society or of mergers involving the exchange of shares);


4. study and assistance in the realization of particular combinations of business and corporate (mergers, spin-offs, mergers, sales and acquisitions of businesses or branches of activity) from the organizational, administrative and accounting, also making use of highly qualified professionals.
